At HW STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we encourage customers to open and inspect their parcel before making payment to the delivery rider, wherever this option is supported by our courier partner.

Returns
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The item does not match the description or images
• You received the wrong item

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Used items, items damaged by customer mishandling, or items missing original packaging.
